Grounds-crew in place!
In order to guarantee content and participation, it’s always good to have a critical mass of individuals who are ‘in the know’ before the larger group. This helps generate buzz and iron out any kinks before the massive launch to the entire group. What the if…‘s grounds-crew is now in place, and has received their directions, including information on posting to posterous, twitter, and ways to generate overall interest in the project (swag included). Eventually, all these pieces will be incorporated into the campaign’s website in order to showcase the life and activity occurring within the walls of McNeal hall.
Still working out some kinks with the posterous site– for some reason, it’s not updating the Twitter or Flickr accounts when new posts are added by contributors. I’m hoping that making the students main authors will fix this problem. Otherwise, not sure what to do. Any ideas?
